Gemma McMullin (B.B.L.S, Dip. Comm. Prop.) graduated from University College Dublin.  She served her apprenticeship with N J Downes & Co.  She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2006 and commenced practise as a solicitor with the firm.  She completed a diploma in Commercial Property in April 2008.

Gemma practises in the areas of residential property, commercial law, landlord and tenant, debt collection, wills, taxation, administration of estates, arbitration and judicial review. 

She also practises all areas of Local Authority law including assessments, arbitrations, compulsory acquisitions, planning and housing.
